Note: During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kasikornthai Foundation provided financial support to frontline workers who played
a critical role in driving the public health response. It launched the “Special Allowance for Medical Warriors” project, piloted in
public hospitals across five southern border provinces with high infection rates. The initiative allocated a total budget of 300
million baht to support 5,083 medical and public health personnel treating COVID-19 patients. Each recipient received a
monthly allowance of 4,000 baht for three months (May–July 2020).
* In 2023, the number of employee volunteers reached 13,157, contributing a total of 152,101 hours of service.
