5)  This phase begins in Year 3 and runs through Year 5, with a budget of 20 million
                              baht per year, totaling 60 million baht. Overall, the full 5-year implementation plan

                              requires a total budget of 270 million baht.

                       1)  At least three new technological innovations per year that can be practically applied
                          in social enterprises.
                       2)  Development of technologies and practical manuals for at least five groups of social
                          enterprises, particularly community enterprises.
                       3)  An  increase  of  at  least  30  social  enterprises  within  five  years  that  adopt  NRCT
                          innovations, whether technological or social.

                       4)  Formation of at least 10 collaboration networks among social enterprises, researchers,
                          and public/private sector entities.
