9. Governance and Support Mechanisms
(1) The initiative will be funded through a joint mechanism involving public agencies, such
as the National Innovation Agency (NIA), National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), and
National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and private sector partners.
(2) A Strategic Steering Committee will be established, composed of representatives from
social enterprises (SEs), researchers, policymakers, and community stakeholders.
(3) A monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system will be implemented to measure both
outcomes and social impact.
