(3) Develop solutions or prototypes and conduct field testing in real-world environments,
such as living labs or sandboxes.
This phase will begin in year 2 and continue through year 5, with a projected annual
budget of 40 million baht.
4.3) Phase 3: Scaling and System Development
(1) Facilitate technology transfer to other SEs via workshops and digital platforms.
(2) Create an open innovation platform to provide SEs with accessible data and shared
resources.
(3) Establish joint research funding mechanisms (match funding) between government
entities and between the public and private sectors.
(4) Launch award programs and promote success stories through media and
communication channels.
This phase will begin in year 3 and continue through year 5, with an annual budget of 20
million baht.
Total project budget: 270 million baht over five years.
5. Expected Outcomes
(1) At least 30 new technological innovations per year that are viable for application within
social enterprises.
(2) Customized technologies and operational manuals for at least five groups of SEs,
particularly community-based enterprises.
(3) At least 30 SEs applying NRCT-developed technologies or social innovations within five
years.
(4) At least 10 collaborative networks formed between SEs, researchers, and public or
private sector actors.
